BIG RAIN

 

A huge system brought snow, heavy rains, destructive t-storms, hail and tornadoes to the Mid-West and South. We had a series of thunderstorms early this morning bringing the rainfall total including last night to 1.5". It has been rainy on and off the past week so evidently the ground is saturated hence the pond in the Back 40. Normally, we only experience this during the late Winter snow melt compounded by additional rain. It's been a wet year so far with monthly totals all running ahead of average.
