We think he has made great progress settling in with us. We were remarking the other night about his intelligence and umm, ability to manipulate us to obtain his desires whether it is to go out, come in; I'd like some wet food, please; I want belly rubs! for example. But he does so in a loving manner with tailing, bunting, chin rubbing. We still haven't gotten him to voluntarily use the portal. This will just take a bit more time, repetition and treats, I think.
We're so happy to have him as a part of our family! He is very much loved.
