I was walking the property today when I came across this:
The warm weather has inspired one of the young forsythias to bloom. Certainly a sign of the El Nino winter as well as the overall warming. As I posted earlier, we are now in zone 6a on the USDA plant hardiness map. Will this become the new holiday symbol? The Solstice/Christmas etal forsythia?
