Life these days has been pretty sucky between Covid,Ukraine, inflation, the fascist Republican party and their rabid followers, toxic woke trolls, bat shit crazy Christian Taliban bent on turning the country into a theocracy, our 4th World roads, poor sleep, extra pounds and beloved cats dying...whew. Our lives are like those folks at a all you can eat restaurant, juggling 3 plates heaped with human chow hoping to get to the table without dumping it all...with a less than stellar success rate. But, we all try and put on a happy face and get on with it.
Well bunky, it could be worse. For one thing, you could be living in Ukraine or Syria or Somalia. Things really suck there. It's all a matter of perspective.

Makes me realize how much suckiness could be solved by universal health care, as every other wealthy nation has...
