"Day and Night! I can't get any sleep! The dog just won't shut up. We're both having nervous breakdowns!" was a common refrain from the residents. Finally, wise local officials began offering public referendums asking the people to decide whether or not to allow drone service in their area. The matter eventually went to the courts.
