Halušky

Welcome all to the launching of my refurbished blog. The time seemed right after the passing of Bin to introduce a new look.

Halušky is a Slovak dish of small potato dumplings akin to gnocchi, traditionally served in a sheep cheese sauce and bacon.  But like with most cooking, this base can be a springboard for all sorts of creative variations.

Consider this blog as a bowl of Halušky: wee dumplings of thought, rants, images and strange stuff that I encounter in my daily life. Like the idea that we no longer have a President who regularly snorts adderall!
