Jef Bourgeau (b. 1950) is a Detroit artist who has exhibited extensively in galleries and museums, from New York to Tokyo. As well as a renowned artist, he is also a ground-breaking curator and the founding director of Detroit's Museum of New Art (MONA) and co-founder of the Detroit Center for Contemporary Photography.
